As the COVID Pandemic of 2020 continues into 2021, millions are now receiving vaccines, including me. I am fully vaccinated with Moderna. I always said, when I get the shots, I am taking my shot and go travelling again! While travel is restricted in most places, many are also opening up. But I've decided to stay in the US but as far west, north and east as one can go.
Recently I was talking with a friend about potential vacation spots, with all the restrictions in place, wondering where to go. Perhaps a place to escape the hot Texas summer. Didn't we know a woman who lived up north somewhere? I don't know, Alaska!
Okay, it didn't happen exactly like that, but I was pondering a cooler, adventurous place. I looked at National Parks. Denali and Kenai Fjords appeared on the Google search. As I looked further, it seemed like a place I should go.
Denali isn't just a river in Egypt.
It wasn't an optical Aleutian.
I could still pack light and only take the bear necessities.
At this river, Yukon have whatever you like!

It will be Wild!
Land of the Midnight Sun. The Last Frontier.
