Bonjour!
I am in an internet shop in Brussels using a European
keyboard-please forgive if some characters are wrong.
Wandering around Brussels-had some beer, chocolate is
next-across the street. So far I have been on 2 very hot subways-London
Underground and Brussels Metro. Almost missed the train to Brussels, but no
worries. Met a lovely English couple on the train-they are going to Vienna.
Did my own walking tour of Brussels, but need more time—
I´ll come back after the Swiss Alps. Now it´s off to chocolate and a nice
French dinner.
Next leg is the night train to Bern then to Laussane and
Montreux tomorrow night.
I am 7 hours ahead of you. It is now 5:50 pm here, but
feels like 11 am and with very little sleep.
Happy Birthday Daniela! See you next week in Lyon.
Go Lance!
